I offer group coaching to people who wish to change their relationship with alcohol. This pathway represents real value for money and has the extra bonus of you sharing your journey with a small group of other like-minded individuals (maximum of 5). 

Do you want to really dig in, and invest in yourself? I can offer a small number of individuals the opportunity to work with me, one-on-one. This pathway ensures that you receive a coaching package tailored specifically to you and your needs.
